We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, please email us at hello@lizzieforsmug.com for return instructions, and we'll exchange or refund it.

If you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please be sure to return your item to us by post within 14 days of placing your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in its original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a refund. This excludes faulty items.
